20 local creatives turned a tired old shop into a virtual treasure trove for our first Arts 'n Crafts Pop-up Shop: artists, potters, wood-workers, sewers, print makers, jewellers, indigenous painter, knitters, steampunk, spinners, and a chicken scratch embroiderer - you name it we had it!! And the town responded wholeheartedly by filling their collective pockets with over $7,800 in sales! What an outcome for such a little town. Art matters! Buy it this Christmas. Buy music! Visit a gallery.
